Welcome to Hypno Sessions
The Motivation app is being updated to include additional sessions available as in-app purchases to be released in June 2020.
They have been designed as a course of six sessions of hypnotherapy to maximise your potential and achieve lasting transformation. Each session complements the next and I suggest you listen to each one for seven days in consecutive order. However, they can also be listened to individually and as many times as you choose, whatever is right for you. Each session has an indicator which is highlighted each time you listen to help you to keep on track. It will reset once a recording has been listened to seven times.

As an experienced therapist, my clients have achieved some incredible results over the years and I have endeavoured to encapsulate some of the techniques I apply in my practice to enable you to achieve the same kind of results. Hypno Sessions for Motivation
This app has been designed to increase your motivation and assist you in achieving your goals. Wherever you are in your life right now, addressing aspects which may be holding you back in some way can help you to move forward with more clarity and motivation.
Hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind. You can come out of hypnosis at any time as you are in complete control. Some individuals can reach a deeper state of hypnosis than others, but this is just as effective in reaching the subconscious mind, allowing you to accept the positive suggestions without the critical part of the mind resisting change.
Consistency is key, and I would suggest you listen to this session daily, if possible, for the first three weeks. As you notice improvements you may wish to reduce this to once a week, or move on to the in-app sessions.
The sessions have been formulated as a tool to assist you. Relaxing, enjoying the natural process of hypnosis and listening to your sessions regularly will help you to gain the most.
The recordings should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery or at any time you need to maintain concentration.
